The Bike Project started in 2006 in the Urbana Independent Media Center, and in 2010 we partnered with the University of Illinois to open a second location on campus. We are a teaching shop, meaning that we don't repair your bikes for you, but our volunteers will help you learn how to make the repair yourself.
